Rude Driver and Appalling Opperations

Drivers are rude, no waybills for proof of Pick Up and when asking for waybill driver says they don't use waybills. Last time they had picked up parcel and went to wrong address. When querying they said that there was no pick up by us, luckily we have cameras to show they had picked up. Yesterday parcel was ready for collection but couldn't release without Waybill, Driver tells customer that his parcel was not ready for collection. When asked today why he told customer lie's (if you can lie, you can cheat, you can *****, you can kill) he just walked off clicking his tongue throwing up hands and don't take parcel, after speaking to foreman he said Driver will come in and pick up parcels but did total opposite ,and just left. Don't suggest you using MDS as their way of operations is appalling and Drivers are rude. JKJ Express is the way forward.
