Rude Driver

A driver named Emmanuel came to collect a document from our offices and he is EXTREMELY rude! I tried to assist him with some information and he was unnecessarily spiteful towards me and I felt that his superiors should be made aware of his attitude. Please can someone address this issue with him, as he is negatively representing the company.
