Poor Service that is unbelievable!!!!

I dont What is it I must do if my area is not on the list (Soweto) and the closer place I can choose is SOPHIATOWN then I'm told that SOPHIATOWN is a high risk area therefore you are unable to deliver my parcel . This is sheer incompetency now my parcel is delayed while I'm supposed to go on a holiday tommorow its your system at fault and I must not suffer .
