Poor service delivery and customer care

Online system is not user friendly as I could not make a payment. I asked for bank details and made payment. I was communicating with a rude lady (Dianne) who clearly doesn't know email etiquette. Their accounts system took several days to update the parcel for collection after payment was made on Monday. Today is Friday and they finally collected but stated the weight is 0.8 KG more but charged almost 5 times more than originally quoted. I will now be forced to pay the new quote to get my parcel in dbn. Will NEVER use or recommend to anyone.
