Pathetic Timing on Delivery

This is a company that prides itself on keeping people updated on the whereabouts of their packages, from the time of pick up to delivery. I received an email yesterday from the company informing me that my package would be delivered BEFORE 16h00. Given that I operate my business from the stated address, I felt that the timing was perfect in order that I could receive my goods.

However, the package did not arrive at the stated time. The package was delivered between 18h20 - 18h45. I do not know that exact time as I was not the person receiving my goods. What makes things worse, is that given their inability to keep time, they left my package with another tenant that lives behind my place of work.

My experience with most courier companies is that if they do not find the intended person to receive goods, they try to deliver a day later, in order that the correct person can receive, inspect & sign for the goods. Not so with MDS Collivery.
