Pathetic service from MDS Collivery

I am very upset with MDS COLLIVERY. I chose the 2 day delivery and had to pay extra because the delivery address is not on their root. No problem with that. I am a essential service provider and desperately in need of my parcel. Today on day 3 (already a day late) I was told that I will have to wait till Monday. I am already had to stay a day longer in the guesthouse to wait for the delivery that I hoped was going to be today. Now I have to stay 3 days longer. With the 4 extra nights in the guesthouse including the food amount it would have been cheaper to DRIVE myself and collect my parcel. They could not care in the least. All they say is you will have to wait till Monday. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they blame the LOCKDOWN. HOW?? They licensed to operate as normal. Should not be a problem at all.
