Pathetic customer service

This is the most *********** courier company o have come across. My delivery was cancelled twice due to driver error, wasting my time. I tried to contact the company for a more specific delivery time and was not given one. I eventually had to phone the driver to supply him with directions so that he did not cancel my delivery without contacting me again. He was rude and unhelpful and Collivery did not try to apologise or rectify their multiple errors. I have never had any problems with other companies delivering to my address before.
