Overcharging Rates

Parcel booked for collection from Cape Town to Langebaan the quote came in at R185.50 for 4KG parcel size 31x27x19cm

Parcel was collected and weight was changed to 23KG for a fee of R418.38

I mailed requesting the issue with the weight - they changed actual weight to 4KG total but left the weight on 23KG so that they do not have to down the R418.38 delivery fee.

This is downright cheating they have doubled the rate - all other couriers companies are in the R180 to R200 range for this delivery as Langebaan is not outlining and is only 100km from the collection point.

I am with them 7 years and have never had this kind of problem with them ever
