Thoroughly impressed with their level of service in ALL departments, Customer care is very friendly, and COMPETENT, with same day feedback on queries. The guys out on the road, well done on your excellent service, always treating our clients and employees with respect and they always have a smile on their faces. These guys handle our packages with the utmost care and they are always on time IF NOT early. I appreciate their hard work tremendously. What also impressed me is the condition of their vehicles, it really is a stamp on the company and the employees, their vehicles are in good condition and ALWAYS spotless! Well done. The Key accounts representative handling our company's account is really dedicated and very competent, always ready to lend a hand, even after hours. If there is a special instruction/request from me, she is always on it immediately and communicates the status of my request at all times, going the extra mile to make sure the request is communicated clearly between the MDS branches and making sure all goes well. She makes my logistics life real easy and I am truly thankful.
