It is very hard to rate this company other than pathetic when your parcel is returned to sender for the in-ability of MDS to understand my delivery address. 16 days and no parcel ?? Strangely Takealot, Clicks, RAM and The Courier Guy don’t have this problem. Don’t waste your time trying to communicate with this company - frustratingly disappointing.
