No update,No delivery ,Dissapointed

I wonder why Shein use this service ,i have a parcel that is stuck with these people for like 2 weeks after they were handed over by Speedaf ,no updates on their tracking platform ,they dont answer calls and when you chat on whatspp their answers are cold as a freezer ,the worst courier company i have dealt with ,they need to know we need to know the progress of the parcel so that we schedule who is going to be home because everyone goes to work ,come on guys this is not cool what courier business are you running guys
