No delivery after 6 days
This is now the 6th day that our parcel isn't being delivered. The first two excuses on 2nd October 2024 and 3rd October 2024 were, "The delivery attempt of your parcel failed because Contact not available", yet there were no phone calls and no one arrived at my house. Then I was told, on 7 October 2024, "Please kindly note that delivery will take place tomorrow." Yet the delivery wasn't made, and I am again told "tomorrow"
What is the problem?
