No delivery

It has been 3 weeks that I have been waiting for a delivery from this company . They have said they can't find my street . I then gave them the adjoining street which they also couldn't find. I then gave them physical directions which they couldn't follow to find my house ! Other than collecting my stuff directly from them I don't know what more to do
