Never answer their phones
Shocking - supposed to be delivering a TEMU parcel. Claim they have tried to call me. Never received a call. Have phoned 3 different numbers and SMSed and they never answer and it goes to voicemail. Never received a response. Apparently my parcel has been there since the 29th Nov. That is 10 days ago!! Temu Shein number just refer me to them
