Much To Be Desired Delivery Service
Extremely frustrated and disappointed by the level of service and professionalism delivered by MDS Collivery. They collected a parcel for us from Cape Town on Tuesday, 27 June 2023. The parcel is to be delivered to Estcourt, KZN. After numerous phone calls from us, they told us that the parcel would be delivered to us by 16:00 on Tuesday, 04 July 2023. After numerous phone calls from us, we were now told that the parcel would be delivered to us by Thursday, 06 July 2023.
