Mr Barlett Explain please.

Personal attacks from MDS Colivery CEO Mr Shaun Bartlett regarding my outstanding invoice of R257, after which MDS Colivery collected and accepted a new delivery/collection from me, collected the parcel to be delivered, and after they collected the parcel, then only want to raise an outstanding amount due.

Mr Barlett took the responsibility to personalty violate my character on social media by posting on my personal pages "Stay away from this man, he does not pay for services" , how unprofessional is this to handle such a manner.

Further to keep a parcel ransom due to an outstanding amount due to MDS Colivery (Which i never denied)

Please can Mr. Barlett explain in which law if this country is this legal. 1. MDS Colivery has an amount outstanding and due to them. 2. I book a collect and deliver parcel and the gladly collect my parcel without any word that there is an account issue. 3. Once they collected my parcel, then only the delivery is held back due to the outstanding amount - Keeping my parcel at ransom. 4. Mr Barlett takes it onto himself to personally attack me on social media in what i see as a deformation of character case and damaging my name as well as that of my company? 5. Why did MDS Colivery not raise the concern of the outstanding amount even before they collected the parcel for delivery, but only waited after they collected a parcel from me to start a payment issue with me? In that regard why did MDS Colivery take the contract of delivery of a parcel, when said outstanding amount is a problem. MDS Colivery deliberately took the parcel under false pretense.

Mr Barlett you go onto social media and personalty attack me in regards to an outstanding amount due to your company in a public domain area, whilst your company took it upon yourself to collect a parcel for delivery, and then only after your driver collected my parcel, then want to raise concern on an outstanding amount and hold parcels ransom. Is this how you handle debt recovery? Keeping your clients parcels at ransom?

In my view that is ***** and theft and i will handle the matter as such. You basically stole the parcel, causing me damages and losses and you dare take me on in Facebook media?
