Mix-up

I book deliveries on a daily basis. For the second time in 4 months MDS mix up my documents. and (after I pay an access fee for delivery before a specific time) documents are now 2 days late. They don't take responsibility and blame everyone else. Their service levels drop the last year and it is a nightmare to make use of their service. You can excuse 1 or 2 or 3 even 4 mistakes but then it becomes a habit of delivering poor service.
