MISSED PICKUP, AGAIN

I had two packages booked for pickup after 13:00, driver rocks up at 11:50am taking one package and never returning, with a VERY bad attitude and was rude to our receptionist. I called MDS Cape Town twice after 14:00 inquiring about if the driver will return, spoke to a guy named Luke, and they insisted that the driver will be back for the other package on the same day, as both packages were booked for over night shipping. Driver never pitched. This is not the first time the drivers of this company does this. No compensation to the client, no apology, and no discount for their poor service.
