MDS is a hit and miss

Absolutely appalling service. Extremely disorganised. We had organised for something to be delivered between 12pm and 1pm as that was the times we were available to receive the parcel. At 15:00 I called them and they were exceptionally disorganised and then said the parcel would arrive at 15:30. When it didn't arrive at 15:30, we called again, they then said that the parcel would arrive at 16:00. Which, it didn't. There was no communication from their side. Very disappointed.
