MDS DRIVER WITH NO GLOVES AND MASK

These week I had a bad experience when one of the MDS drivers come to my place to do a delivery not wearing any mask or gloves. Clearly these company is not value the lives of their cliend and the government regulations in general as they are not complying with rules set to prevent the spread of covid-19. I still dont understand why they are even allowed to operate during these time of these world wide pandemic
