MDS Collivery the Worst

This courier company is the worst. Recently I cancelled a fibre order that i had signed up for but had to cancel due to the provider not being able to deliver. This means the free router I received needed to be collected and sent back to the ISP.

The ISP informed me that the courier would phone me to arrange a collection. I patiently waited for the entire day for someone to phone me to make collection arrangements but this never happened. Instead I received a mail with a date and time they picked themselves. When I phoned to try and cancel the collection I battled to get a hold of someone that could help me and when i finally got someone they said that they would phone and inform the driver. When I asked if they are going to reschedule it i was told no they would just notify the driver to collect the day after. This never happened as the driver was never informed and still pitched up the same day. After explaining to the driver the package was not available and that we would arrange for a new collection when we had the item he must have taken it upon himself to rearrange the collection as he pitched up the next day again. Needless to say these people are the worst, they take it upon themselves to reschedule your life as they see fit and when one tries to get a hold of the offices to fix or change collection dates you cant get a hold of anyone.

Definitely not a courier company I will ever use by choice.
