MDS COLLIVERY IS EITHER SHADY OR VERY ***********!

I did business with this shady company in March of 2020. They collected and delivered two parcels for me and they immediately sent me the invoices to pay the next day, even though the parcels were still in transit. I made a bank deposit into their account and emailed them the deposit slip to confirm, which they acknowledged. After six months in November 2020, I received an email from MDS Collivery that payment was still pending on one of the two parcels they delivered for me. I told them I owed nothing and that I had already made payments in March. I asked them to check with their accounts department but after another two weeks, they sent me a threatening email that should I not make an immediate payment my personal info would be handed over to their attorneys for debt collection. I had to email them the bank deposit (which fortunately I still kept!) for the second time. I think MDS Collivery either has an *********** accounts department and or might be *****ed. They thought that I might not have proof of payment, that's why they waited up to six months to start harassing me for payment. If anyone ever decides to do business with this company, just make sure you keep all proof of payments and even email correspondence between yourself and them. Otherwise, you might get threatening emails from them after two years to make payments.
