MDS Collivery deciving clients and not being able to deliver to specified addresses

MDS Collivery DBN excepts Shein packages for customers based in Umlazi and later on calls clients to say that they do not deliver in Umlazi and that they must be met somewhere outside of Umlazi at the clients costs. No where on their website does it make mention of Umlazi being an area which they do not deliver to and also they should not be accepting business regarding deliveries to Umlazi when they know they can not fulfill the deliveries. There are other courier companies that Shein works with that do deliver to Umlazi, so they should let those compaines take the business since those companies are able to deliver rather that accepting business from Shein for someting they know they cannot fulfill from the beginning.
