Our driver is very friendly and has taken the time to develop a relationship with us. The website is very user friendly, prices aren't bad, and for the most part there are not often any issues. Customer service staff tends aren't always the best, and feedback on issues can be slow (to say the least) but for the most part you can do everything yourself online. Would rate 3 stars, but our driver Prince is so awesome, he earns an extra star for MDS.
