Inconvenience and bad service

Had a parcel to be delivered on the 23-09-2019 and its still not delivered. Called the Pretoria branch and a guy called Lucky said because I'm a township I can't receive it today 25-09-2019 and that it will be dilvered tomorrow. Explained to them that I'm leaving and has 2 catch a plane they want us to meet on my way to airport not knowing my intentions with the parcel. They have inconvenienced me and my son. While talking to Lucky he hanged up a phone on me. Talk about customer service. Because of we living in townships we dnt deserve better services. Our parcels have to be delivered on their time. They had the parcel with them all along but ddnt make means to deliver it. Mxm
