Horrible service
Terrible service received as a new customer, they have promised SIM card today and now MDS Collivery they telling me **** that they can only deliver tomorrow, Axxess already took my money now is an issues to deliver will I took leave from work to wait for this SIM card, I want it delivered today or cancel my contract.

As per our service agreement with Axxess, the scheduled delivery date was the 12th of February 2025, and according to our records, the parcel was delivered on the date. However, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and clear notifications and appreciate your feedback.
