MDS Team has been part of our business for almost a year - and we have been receiving great customer services - team work and personal attendances services since day one. Since the beginning of the lockdown MDS has shown such dedication and attendance to our business - Covid-19 has so much restrictions and protocols that needs to be adhered that has caused great strain to our clients - but the service received from MDS during this uncertain times has definitely made daily dispatches / collections / delivery a sweet sailing process. Not only to our business but our customers too. There is many challenges across the world - many sadness and many frustrations - but the calm and relieve knowing that you have an external team that carries your values and goals with high importance and quality is a very pleasant feeling. Communication in all businesses is KEY - and the platform of communication made available to me is extremely amazing and effective - and great beneficial to our business.
