Great Service Delivery from MDS

Good day fellow South Africans.

I would like to express my gratitude for MDS and appreciation for Joanne Findlay an employee at this courier company. I waited a very long time for my Simcard from Axxes and she expedited the delivery within a day.

You are an angel Joanne especially in this lockdown time and people with kids will understand that we are in desperate need of data for our kids school work.

I would like to thank the CEO Mr Shaun Bartlett for his commitment and dedication as well.

I is with great pleasure that I write this email to you today.

I want to commend one of your employees, Joanne Findlay, on her professional work that she done for me at your company.

I have struggled to get my Simcard from Axxes in this lockdown time, however she arranged that the SIM be delivered to me in a very fast manner.

I received my simcard this morning and my kids are already utilising the data for their school work. Thanks to your dedicated employee.

I must say that I was a handful with her and send her some negative comments, however she kept her cool and professionalism in this uncertain times.

Sir this is one of your best employees and as a customer I am extremely pleased to see people so dedicated and who walk the extra mile for a customer.

Please send her and all your hardworking employees my regards and inform them that they are real angels in this lockdown period.
