Great Experience with MDS Collivery CT

We recently used MDS Collivery Cape Town for a product drop on behalf of a client. It was the biggest annual campaign, for a major brand, and included a delivery of huge, heavy, highly fragile packages, containing perishables, to 70 different locations. We'd been using a different service before and were often left terribly disappointed.

Staci Brink handled everything so professionally. She patiently answered every call, message (via WhatsApp) and email. All packages were tracked and communication was sent via email and SMS. We felt confident that they understood the importance and time sensitivity of the drop. And even though we were using them for the first time, the service was of such a high standard from the get-go that I wasn't at all worried about our parcels reaching their destinations on time.

Our recipients were ecstatic, the campaign was a huge success and client has given the go ahead to make them our new go-to! Well done Staci and team!
