Great Customer Service. MDS Collivery

I have had my first experience with MDS Collivery today, I must say it was a great experience. I absolutely love the communication between the team and myself, it felt as though I had my own personal agent that was tracking my parcel and updating me. It really made me feel important. I also had to add an alternative number at the last minute, I did so by emailing the company and minutes later I received two replies, first to tell me my email had been received and second was an answer to my email. This team really knows how to use emailing as an effective method of communication.
