Fast and efficient delivery

I experienced the best service from the entire team. Constant updates were received via e-mail about the status of my parcel.

When Patrick, the driver, initially arrived I missed his calls and I received notifications of failed delivery. I called Patrick thinking he would only come back the next day, but he very kindly agreed to come back and drop my parcel off within the hour. He ended up delivering again within 20 minutes.

I also responded on the failed delivery e-mail informing the support team that I have arranged with the driver to come back, and within 30 minutes I received confirmation from Melita that the parcel had been successfully delivered.
