Extremely poor service

Let me start by indicating that the Customer Service and first line impressions are very, very poor. The agents seem dissatisfied with answering the call and overall impressions are that they doing us a favor.

Second point of concern is that you get transferred all over the place and eventually end up by the same person you initially got through.

Once you raise your concern, they transfer you to a voicemail service whereby you leave your details and no one returns a the call.

It is a pity tgat that Axxess provides service through this company, which ultimately reflects negative on them.
