Excellent service

We ran into problems with the change of the delivery address that did not reach the delivery guy. When I got the "Failure to deliver" message, the package was more than 100kms away at the wrong address, and I was told they can only deliver the package the following day. Luckily after escalating the matter and explaining the urgency of receiving the package they went the extra mile (or, extra 100km) to deliver the package to the correct address on the same day. I'm very impressed, it's not the type of service we are used to in South Africa.
