Do not use this company to deliver your customers' orders! Orders will be delayed and customer service will be non existent!

Terrible "customer service" and poor service delivery overall. Do not use this company to deliver your customers' goods! You will only get upset customers! The company that supplies our merchandise used Collivery to deliver my order. Collivery's website gives false updates on the time of delivery (It says ETD 11 am, 10 min later it will be ETD 11:20, another 10 min later it will be ETD 11:30 etc until 17H30 when the driver will go home and (hopefully) come back tomorrow. Their customer service is hopeless. Their website directs you to Whatsapp chat but no one responds. Been waiting for an hour now and still no answer. I drove out to the office thinking the driver will be here at 11 am (as per the ETD on the tracking page) and ended up waiting the whole day just to receive nothing. This is not up to standard. It's not the 1900's anymore. This is 2021 guys, seriously, get your act together.
