Disappointing service

What started out as promising is not ending well. Have been tracking my delivery and nothing makes sense - it seems so accurate but is actually worthless. I've been 4th to be delivered for most of the day (after yesterday's promised delivery failed due to driver delay) while the driver has gone from 7km away to 1.4km away. What is he doing? Calls to the Cape Town number are cut off or end up transferring me to a school! or just go unanswered and then disconnected. Not up to scratch at all. And all this time i need someone to be at home to collect the parcel should it eventually arrive. Salomon Sports please find an alternative. Try InExpress instead.
