Disappointed customer

I am very much dissatisfied with their service everyday they lie and give you false hope that the driver is driving to your destination to deliver your parcel only for them to send another email in the afternoon apologizing and staying their usual statement "drivers delay" how can u delay for 3 consecutive days from DBN to PMB aii guys no improve yourselves yourl can't be doing this to your customers
