Billing inacuracies

I was very impressed with MDS when our company first started using them. Easy online book-in etc. Then after we've sent quite a few packages through them, we got a FINAL NOTICE of payment threat via email, that we owe them money and they have no choice but to take legal action for the remaining payments. I have kept on forwarding the proof of payments for all parcels that were sent, but got no response.<br> <br> If you book a parcel in online, you get a quote and you accept or decline. Whatever we have accepted, we have paid for. Then I realised, whenever the courier would come in to pick up the parcel, they sent me emails to say the price was much higher than quoted from my online booking. So they are just pure *****!!! Will never use them again, they are waaayyy too expensive!
