Bad Service!

The worst service I ever received. Booked for a parcel to be delivered online and made an online payment. Received an email to say that my parcel is on hold and an additional amount is payable. Phoned and queried. The parcel was delivered and an email was sent to ask if my account is cleared, after which I received confirmation that it was. Received invoices afterwards which I queried WITHOUT any responds. Today received final demand for payment. When I phoned to query they just said I should pay. They couldn't provide a reason why they never responded to my email queries, nor why they said my account was cleared even when it wasn't. Just pay or we hand you over approach. They also send me emails addressing me under a different name, and my address on the statement is also incorrect. The client service and admin is an absolute mess. I will never use this company again.
