Awaiting delivery

Worst Service ever I had to wait for a week to get my parcel , I called in Wednesday and they said it will be delivered on Thursday , Thursday turned to Friday , Friday turned to Monday next week , I ask why and they said they don’t deliver to townships on Friday , I want my parcel not what you guys are telling me
