Anand Naidoo (Durban) and Luke Lucas(bloemfontein)

Anand Naidoo from the Durban branch, and Luke Lucas from the Bloemfontein branch were responsible for the BEST EVER transport experience in my whole life. We had a hick-up with our supplier's delivery date (Durban) . We also had a client who needed their products by a due date in Bloemfontein for an event. Horrible timing for this to happen.....Friday afternoon late. These two managers , calmly with confidence and loyalty towards their company's policy made a plan to help us during non-working hours on a Saturday. Anand had a professional way that ooozed confidence and trust. He went out of his way to understand my position and commitment with our client. I could trust him every step of the way. Our order was on the way to Bloemfontein by 14h00 that Saturday in September 2021. This side in Bloemfontein Luke was ready to receive our order, and had it delivered to our door, even earlier than what I excpected on Monday. Luke just visited Chilli Print earlier the week to convince and sell MDS's service with the main aim to win us over as clients like before 'lock down'. Luke loved his job and had so much faith and trust in MDS Collivery - he has a way of building trust, commitment and excitement in MDS Collivery. Appointing him to the Bloemfontein, was the best thing that ever happened. Mds Collivery proofed that they are the very best, BUT more so....a transport business cannot just transport parcels, they need the right PEOPLE to drive policy and humanness.
