ABSOLUTE NO SERVICE

<p>I herewith confirm that I will in future not do business with any company / person who uses the services of MDS Collivery. I spent over an hour on the telephone to try and confirm the estimated delivery time. After an hour I eventually got hold of a manger who advised that it is peak time and me being thrown from one operator to the next (four in total) is acceptable. It is further acceptable to hold for more than 15 minutes at a time whilst they phone their branch... Like MDS Collivery I also have other work / things to do and can unforunately NOT spend an hour at the time with them on the phone in the hope that they will assist. MDS Collivery........ I hope to never again rely on you for assistance.</p>
