A few good men... and women!

I would like to share with everyone on here, the absolute impeccable service that these men and women has given me, during the time of the lockdown. I am a small business owner and as all business owners know, late deliveries can bring your business to complete halt, leading to loss of income and a loss of trust in your company from your clients. This is of course no laughing matter! It seems however that delivery companies like DHL just simply can not understand this concept, refused to help me, cost me losses in the vicinity of R20000. I ended up calling them a bunch of ******s! And stick to that original conclusion, as my packages through them are still pending delivery. They were rude insufficient and *********** to say the least, in dealing with the obstacles of the crisis the world as a whole is still facing right now.

Then out of the blue I receive a message from MDS Collivery, telling me that a package I had ordered has been received by them and will be dispatched within the very week. I can honestly say my jaw was on the ground! They also give full health risk instructions in dealing with any delivered packages and it seems I have found the one delivery company on the planet that no matter what the challenges, they are performing their duties, in the face of this crisis and simply will not yield to anything from preventing them doing so. This brings to mind the old slogan of the U.S. postal service, “whether rain or shine...”

All you other delivery companies can take some lessons from these guys! You hear that DH..Dumbasses...

And to any and all other small and big business owners worldwide, I seriously advise you to give these guys your business when the need to deliver packages urgently in the face of any sort of crises is a must!

Thank you MDS and all your hard working employees... You have shown me that there are people out there that understand the concept determination, of duty and honour!
