3 late deliveries and a lost parcel in one week

What an absolute useless, *********** bunch. We have been using them for years, but it seems that recently they have completely dropped the ball. We exclusively use them for our company's shipments to Takealot but in the last week, we have had 3 late deliveries and a lost parcel. We have called them to try and sort this out but all that they can tell us is that the person who is supposed to help us is off sick and there is nothing that they can do. The other time that we called them to try and sort out why an urgent parcel that was shipped (and paid for) as overnight was only delivered to JHB two days later. They told us that even though the service that we selected clearly states next day (and has always been next day in the past), it will now take 2 business days to be delivered. HOW CAN YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS??

Avoid this useless company as far as you can. I'm closing our account with them immediately. I've had it!
