Terrible
Bad service impossible to get hold of anyone. They double charge me every month. Fiber was installed 6 months late. Full of empty promises. Stay away. Report them them to ICASA they are **********.

I try to get hold of Mconnekt over phone, email, what's app, I have driven to the location of your office as per your website but it does not seem to exist. +*** is not answered. *** Is not answered. Facebook messages on your page, nor messages on your website is responded to.
On multiple attempts I have requested cancellation. Even before the contract came into effect in MaY 2019 due to the terrible service and empty promises. I have subsequently tried cancelling on multiple occasion through email. I am now cancelling my debit order since it is not authorised. I signed up for R768 per month not R1537. Since there is no response from Mconnekt at all I will not pay as I do not get support, service or feedback.
