MCONNEKT TRIPPLE BILLING

Avoid at all costs this fiber service provider. They bill you more than the package you agreed, in my case they deduct R1878,15 instead of R626,05 that is three times more. They operate as a fiber service provider in South Africa with an Australian phone contact number on their website. They don't give statements, should you be lucky to get hold of them, they are full of excuses. They gave me a number to call, when l call that number it goes to Mtelecom and they will tell you Mconnekt will be here late. I smell Mconnekt and Mtelecom are in this together.
