MCONNEKT SHOCKING
I must honestly tell you that never in my life have I experienced such a company with little or no customer service. Phone just rings.. Whatsapp don't get answered and even facebook pm does not get rep**** on. My Fibre connection have been down now for 12 hours straight and not one person in the whole of Mconnekt has rep****. Sadv said there's no problem on the line so then it's at Mconnekt themselves. This is horroble...

Kindly note that we have logged a ticket for your issue already on Saturday evening and SADV has advised us that their technicians don't work on Sundays so they were going to send a team today.
