Watever you do. Stay away from these people. I pay almost 1400 per month for a pathetic service. My line went down saturday morning. Cant contact them over weekends only watsap. They told me they logged a call. Still waiting. Its monday. Called this morning. No answer on the helpline as well. Now they blame it on SADV. SADV says they cant help me. M connekt have to help me. I cant physically speak to M connekt. Can just correspond through watsap. And nothing happens. It a absolutely pathetic service. Sooooo frustrated.
