Bad Service, Poorly managed company

Worst service ever, i have ordered my Line in Jan 2019, the line was installed March 2019, it is now September 2019, and my Fiber is still not active. I have been phoning and asking when, and the response is my router must be swapped, i phoned SADV myself on multiple occasions and they told me that Mconnekt must just provide me with the PPPoE details as everything is fine, it is the suppliers fault and then Mconnekt will say, no we are waiting for SADV, OMG i am a Network CISCO Engineer, i have conducted my own tests, really guys people are not idiots. I cant move the line as the service is not active yet. Never use them !!!!!!!!!
