Springs Mall McDonald's

McDonald's springs mall customer service is extremely poor. After ordering and waiting for nearly an hour for the order, a simple Mc feast, the order was canceled without any valid reason. No apology from any of the waiters and waitresses instead we were informed that a reversal of the amount paid was a complicated process. The waiter then boldly advised that we need to remind them the next time we see that it's taking too long. I've never witnessed such despicable lack of customer service. I would not recommend the McDonalds @Springs Mall to anyone😡😡😡
