On 24 September 2025 around 1:30pm, I ordered 2 Big Macs, 2 Chilli Cheese Chickens, and 3 drinks (Iced Coffee, Choc Oreo, and Salted Caramel Frappe) at Selby McDonald’s (MSA Devco Pty Ltd)
On 24 September 2025 around 1:30pm, I ordered 2 Big Macs, 2 Chilli Cheese Chickens, and 3 drinks (Iced Coffee, Choc Oreo, and Salted Caramel Frappe) at Selby McDonald’s (MSA Devco Pty Ltd). Waited 25+ minutes before they even started preparing my food. After 30+ minutes, I was given the wrong order (chicken strips instead of my meals) and no drinks. When I complained, the manager (Koma) only said “sorry” and refused a refund. I was eventually handed a sloppy, unwrapped burger thrown into a bag – completely unhygienic! Another staff member (Nthabiseng) made me wait outside for a “refund,” only to return and tell me no refund would be given. This is by far the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had – unacceptable delays, wrong food, no refund, and a total disregard for food safety and customer service. McDonald’s South Africa needs to urgently investigate this branch. Customers deserve better than this level of disrespect and unhygienic practices.

Im not happy with the owner of this mcdonald's,customers must pay before they use toilets I was speaking to the manager and she told me that all Macdonalds do that, her name is Miss malifu
